MEET OUR SPEAKER CONGRESSWOMAN JOYCE BEATTY

Congresswoman Joyce Beatty is a native Ohioan with a strong history of connecting people, policy, and politics to make a difference. Since 2013, Beatty has proudly represented Ohio’s Third Congressional District. In the 117th Congress, Beatty served as chair of the Congressional Black Caucus.

BETTY COLLINS, CPA, COLUMBUS MANAGING DIRECTOR, BRADY WARE & COMPANY

Betty Collins is an accomplished CPA with over 30 years of experience, offering a wide range of business solutions to clients across various industries. Her expertise includes compliance, tax minimization strategies, and operational management for small to mid-market businesses. Alongside her professional endeavors, Betty is dedicated to advocating for gender equality and fostering strong connections with her community. She holds leadership roles at her company, Brady Ware, and within her community. Her podcast, “Inspiring Women with Betty Collins” showcases women of all backgrounds who have stories and lessons to share. Betty also founded the Women’s Initiative at Brady Ware as well as the Women’s Leadership Conference in Columbus, which is now on its eleventh year.

JILL FREY, PRESIDENT & CEO, CUMMINS FACILITY SERVICES

Jill Frey is a trailblazing force in the facilities services industry, serving as CEO of Cummins Facility Services, a national, independent, and 100% women-owned company headquartered in Central Ohio. A second-generation leader, Jill has transformed the company—founded in 1972—into a pioneer of smart building innovation, championing sustainability, data-driven solutions, and cutting-edge technology to redefine what’s possible in janitorial and maintenance services.

In addition to leading CFS, Jill is the visionary behind four companies that together are shaping the future of the built environment. Through her leadership, she has implemented AI, sensor-based tracking, and indoor air quality technology to elevate service transparency and empower clients with real-time insights.
