FAITH RIVERA, M.ED, FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT, ALO CIVITAS CONSULTING LLC

Faith Rivera is a Las Vegas native but grew up in the North Texas area. Recently she and her husband have moved to Columbus, Ohio. She loves being in nature, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two fur babies. Faith has two degrees from the University of North Texas: a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences with a concentration in Family and Community and a Masters of Education in Higher Education with a concentration of Student Affairs Administration.

Faith has worked with a variety of programs supporting children, youth, and young adults aged prenatal through college through nonprofits, faith-based organizations, universities, and health care over the last 10 years. Faith is passionate about ensuring families have access to the resources and services they need to raise their children and service providers to have the supports to offer families best quality services. She also has experience scaling programs and businesses and takes that experience to drive the work she does with business leaders to increase their impact and income.

Faith’s specialties include grant writing, strategic planning, curriculum development, coalition/learning collaborative faciliation, and program scaling.
